First of all, Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone! I appreciate everyone's patience in today's episode, as I just got back from a family vacation. For today's episode, I want to share a story that I experienced this past week.

  1. Calming: Find a way to calm your mind. Breathing exercise? Meditation? Do you like to run? 
  2. Awareness: Bring awareness to your physical, mental and emotional bodies. Do you feel balanced and peaceful? or is there an area that feels imbalanced?
  3. Language: Asking yourself one question:
    1. What's my 2 mm action I can take for myself to feel more balanced?
