For today's episode, I want to share my 2024 reflections that I've had. The 2 words that come into mind is focus and soil.

1. Calming: Find a way to calm your mind. Breathing exercise? Meditation? Do you like to run? 
2. Awareness: Bring awareness to your physical, mental and emotional bodies.
3. Language: Asking yourself 2 questions:
   1. What is the engine I need to focus on today? What is the engine I need to focus on this week? What do I need to focus on to transform my progress in life from a step to a jump? From a jump to a leap forward? 
   2. Am I in the right soil? Do I need to make any changes to my environment, in my social circle, my inner tribe to nurture my growth and well being.
