Folks, when you hear someone else's opinion or comment about you, do you get easily impacted?  Do you feel sometimes you get thrown off track, out of balance, or emotionally distraught?

Folks, starting off 2024, what are you doing to feel more centered and calm?  Do you feel you've built a healthy amount of inner strength to keep you aligned and focus?  In today's episode, I'm going to share the power of why building your inner strength and self confidence can help you feel more centered.  I will share:

[1:54] Hi folks, welcome to episode 66 of the Boom Vision podcast!

Now that we're in 2024, I want to ask you: How are you feeling in this present moment? Have you spent time to reflect your experience in 2023, and what you desire to attract in 2024?

More importantly, the main question I have for you today is: Do you feel centered?

Analogy: Imagine being on a beach. Sand vs ATV

Imagine: Lake vs Cup of water

Inner Strength vs Self-Confidence

[8:20]  Takeaway: What do you feel is your current size of your inner well (your Inner Strength)? What do you feel is the level of your Self Confidence? (the amount of water your inner well is holding)?

Your ability to increase your inner well, the amount of water your inner well is holding, the more centered you will feel when life happens around you, when life happens to you, when life happens for you.

With that said, what are this week's ACTION STEPS?

  1. Self Love: Practice more self love. That can be an act of self care, me time, giving yourself a high five in front of the mirror.  Think and take action on just one act of self love or self care this week
  2. Do What You Say: Whatever you say you will do, in whatever time frame you committed to, just do it.  By doing what you say you will do, and acknowledging yourself when you do it, you are building more self confidence in the VALUE and WEIGHT of your own words, your own actions.
  3. Focus on intentions, instead of expectationsExpectations is a desire for X with an attachment to X. Intentions is a desire for X without any attachment to X.

Takeaways from these 2 personal stories: What positive intentions do you want to set as you build your self confidence and inner strength? The more positive your intentions are, the clearer and positive water you are holding in your well that you will attract!

I hope today's episode helps you learn how to feel more centered, and not let external factors knock you off balance.  When you focus on building up your inner strength and your self confidence, you are increasing your capacity of your inner well, as well as water that carries weight. When you feel that your words, your thoughts and your voice weigh more than other opinions around you, this will help keep you centered.  A gentle reminder is bringing awareness to whether your water is calm and clear, or turbulent or cloudy.
