I've known Tanya as a friend for the past 5+ years, and I'm really happy that she gets to share her wisdom and experience with all of us today. 

As a brief background:

Tanya Veluz is a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in Pasadena CA. She specializes in treatment of parents, couples, and perinatal populations. In this work she has found many people have trauma histories in need of repair to have healthy family lives. Her purpose is to help parents heal their past to be the parents and partners they want to be in their families
